I am a huge fan of self-awareness and I am the only person to ever actually get “self-aware” on a blog. Well, not exactly. I’m just trying to be as self-aware as I can, so I can keep track of my goals, and even if I’m not fully conscious of the fact, I still want to keep track of that. So I’m going to be a big fan of self-awareness.
I was not self-aware when I first started watching your channel, but that was before I was blogging, so I’m still not. I’m going to be a big fan of self-awareness. I’m constantly on the lookout for things that I may have been unaware of for years. This is why I have a goal. If you’re looking for things that have been learned or discovered by watching a movie, you have probably seen the movie “Planet Fitness” as well. I was actually watching this movie the other day thinking about how much I have learned about fitness and how it’s changed my life. It’s that good.
I have always liked watching movies because I always like watching it when I get home. Like the movies I watch. Or watching it when I go to bed early.
Planet Fitness is the story of a 30-something “young man” who is a fitness fanatic. He likes to get physical, but he also likes to socialize and go to movies. His first goal is to lose 1,000 pounds, and he starts that by going to the gym and taking a class there. So he meets a cute trainer, and they have a nice conversation. He then decides that he wants to start his own gym, but doesn’t know how to buy equipment.
Well, first off, I’m glad this was a movie about a 30-something young man who likes to workout. The movie was great because it was so open-ended and really allowed us to play with the ideas around exercise, and it was funny as hell. But second, the gym in this movie is basically a glorified weight room where you put on a few pounds to make your arms and legs bigger, and then get in the machine, and do the same thing.
This is one of those movies where the gym is a metaphor for our own personal lives – we have to go into the gym to get in shape, but unlike other movies, we don’t have to do it because we know how to do it. In this specific case, we know how to get in shape – we just don’t know how to buy equipment. And we also know what the gym is all about, but we don’t know how to get to it.
So we go into planet fitness to get new equipment. We get a coach (a professional bodybuilder) who tells us how to get the right equipment, and how to use it. This is where we first learn that the gym is like a business – its about selling services to other people. The gym is a place where people can get equipment, do different exercises, and advertise their skills. This is also where we finally learn about the difference between a personal trainer and a gym instructor.
The difference is that a personal trainer (aka coach) is a person who’s hired to teach you (and others) a certain amount of fitness in the space of a day. A gym instructor is a person who teaches you a specific amount of fitness in the space of a day.
